Anyone with this link can view the log, the 360 captures and the daily reports. They cannot add, edit or delete. If it is forwarded where it shouldn't be, change the link — the old one stops working immediately.
Data folder
What you own
- Where the data is: the linked folder holds progress.json (every entry), media/ (the 360 files) and thumbs/ (previews).
- What to back up: that folder. Copying it is a complete backup.
- Moving computers: copy the folder, or keep it in OneDrive / Google Drive / Dropbox and link it from each computer.
- If this tool disappears: progress.json is plain text and the media are ordinary 360 files. Nothing is locked in.
- Limits: one computer at a time (last save wins). Folder saving works in Chrome or Edge on a desktop. Phones, Safari and Firefox keep data in the browser only — use Backup to move it.
- Nothing is erased from disk: deleting an entry removes it from the log; its media file stays in the folder.
Backup & transfer
A backup is one .zip holding progress.json and every media file. Use it to move entries from a phone or a second computer.
Project
Server history
The server keeps a copy of the record before every save. Restoring one keeps the current version as another history entry, so nothing is lost.
Restore points
Taken automatically before the tool ever replaces what's on screen (adopting a newer file, restoring a backup, restoring a point).
